"Fantastic spot for Bryce Canyon National Park. This is the closest spot we could find and it is REALLY close to the park entrance. I have actually never been in an airbnb that was so spotless and well cared for. The kitchen was well-appointed -- we did quite a bit of meal prep and baking and had all we needed. Christopher was quick to respond when we needed him. Really great space and place. Stellar experience. I'd opt for Tropic over the other spots where people usually stay to get to Bryce."

"Christopher's home was absolutely perfect for our stay and adventures in Bryce Canyon! The home was gorgeous, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The surroundings are beautiful, and in the perfect location to enjoy Bryce Canyon and Grand Staircase. There was plenty of room for my entire family with all the necessary amenities plus added touches that made us feel welcomed and right at home! Christopher was a responsive and gracious host. I would recommend his home as the perfect stay for your family as well!"

"Perfect home to stay in with a large group visiting Bryce! Quick drive to the park & walkable to coffee, groceries, etc. in town. Kids loved the nice playground across the street. The amenities were so appreciated after our weeklong roadtrip through Utah; well-stocked kitchen, laundry & spacious bedrooms/bathrooms. One thing to note if you're traveling with children - the host does reside in the basement. This was accurately described in the listing & was not a surprise. We did not have any troubles, but it something to be mindful of, as our young kids are loud & at times we felt worried about bothering the wonderful host!"

"This was such a perfect place for our family to stay while we visited Bryce! The house is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. It was so nice to have our own bathrooms and the extra space in the loft. The location was perfect - close to the park and walkable to town. We loved the welcome snacks and the coffee bar! Christopher was a wonderful host and very responsive. We can't wait to come back!"

"This home is exactly as pictured and described. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated having Smart TVs in each room. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Great location - we could walk to dinner and the park with playground was perfect for our kids. Would definitely recommend this property!"

"We had an amazing stay! The house is brand new and beautifully furnished. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was perfect for our group. The location is ideal - super close to Bryce Canyon and right in the little town of Tropic where we could walk to restaurants. Christopher was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!"

"This is one of the nicest vacation rentals we've stayed in! Everything was immaculate and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was a dream to cook in with modern appliances and plenty of space. The wrap-around porch was a great place to relax in the evenings. We loved being able to walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Perfect base for exploring Bryce Canyon!"

"Wonderful property in a great location! The house is modern and spacious with all the amenities you could want. We especially loved having individual climate control in each bedroom. The coffee station was a nice touch. Christopher was very communicative and helpful. This is definitely our go-to place for future Bryce Canyon trips!"
